Account Information and Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance or pending withdrawals.

One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one m71com account. Operating multiple accounts — whether registered under the same identity, different personal details, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, m71com reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and confiscate any bonuses or bonus-derived winnings held within those accounts.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to the processing timelines and any applicable fees of the issuing bank.

m71com does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited into your m71com account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by m71com's payments team around the clock. The target processing time for verified accounts is within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to KYC clearance and any active bonus wagering obligations. Currency

Bonus Expiry

Promotional Amendments

m71com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already activated a bonus, the terms in effect at the time of activation will continue to govern that bonus. m71com's decision on all matters relating to promotions is final.

As a registered player on m71com, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and good-faith manner. The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

m71com actively monitors platform activity for signs of the above prohibited conduct. Where a violation is identified or reasonably suspected, m71com may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all open and settled bets placed in connection with the violation, withhold any balance or pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where legally required.

Responsible Conduct

Players are encouraged to interact with m71com staff and support personnel respectfully at all times. m71com reserves the right to terminate the account of any player who engages in persistent abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications with support staff, regardless of the player's account standing or deposit history.

Closure at Player Request

You may request the closure of your m71com account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering obligations must be settled or the bonus forfeited. Verified balances remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard processing checks are completed.

Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion

Suspension or Closure by m71com

Where an account is closed by m71com due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of an investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any legitimately held balance will be returned. Balances derived from prohibited activity, bonus abuse, or fraud will be forfeited in all cases.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. m71com will notify you at the email address on your account prior to applying a dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as disclosed in the Cashier section of the platform. It is your responsibility to keep your contact details current so that dormancy notifications can be received.

Where m71com's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, its total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Language and Dispute Resolution
